Can my family join me?

A doctor's order is required for all driving rehabilitation services as they are provided by an occupational therapist. This advanced occupational therapy assessment will be part of your medical record. Most individuals seeking driving rehabilitation have a medical diagnosis that is limiting them from driving. The doctor will be notified of the findings of the evaluations.
