"Jillian Kirschke was prompt and prepared, she arrived on time at my house at our agreed upon time. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. Her kindness helped me relax throughout the appointment.
Jillian was non-judgemental about being very behind with my housekeeping. I needed that. I appreciated her thoroughness checking my fitness, strength, eye check, and cognitive skills. She explained things in a manner that made it easy to understand what she wanted me to do. She explained a few things a second time when I misunderstood the direction.
When we reached one destination she had me park the vehicle and suggested I take 3 deep breaths. That helped me feel less stressful. We continued on and completed the drive.
I felt I did a good drive and shared about some mistakes I made. Jillian commented on my quick swerve, when a motorist had crossed the center line. Showing my ability to react quickly, when needed. Jillian seemed to agree with my skills and how I felt about the drive. Her opinion matters to me greatly and increases my confidence. I am grateful for such a comprehensive and valuable experience with her.
